Job Summary
Finance Business Partner PMO & Investments: Senior Analyst responsible for end-to-end project tracking, governance, and reporting across finance and cross-functional initiatives within TransUnion's Finance PMO and investment governance. Drive milestone ownership, project plans (Smartsheet or similar), and visibility of issues; partner with leads to maintain plans and monitor performance; act as SME in governance to ensure best practices and consistency. Build relationships across Finance, Commercial, and other functions to drive accountability and engagement; develop insightful reporting and financial modelling to support prioritisation and value delivery; support evaluation of business cases and longer-term investment planning; lead continuous improvement of project governance and the FPMO function; contribute to finance transformation initiatives. Hybrid position based in Leeds, UK with regular in-person and virtual work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or similar analytical role
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Confident stakeholder engagement across multiple functions
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
