Finance Business Partner - Operations

Act as the finance liaison for technical and engineering teams to implement controls, develop dashboards, and track vendor deliverables against milestones. Review contracts, statement of work, risks, and compliance aspects while evaluating pricing models and securing safeguards like bank guarantees. Oversee end-to-end financial control for high-value source-to-pay cycles, ensuring alignment between contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to drive financial discipline in procurement. Collaborate with program managers, project managers, vendors, banks, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance across imports, exports, and financial processes while maintaining documentation and compliance trackers. Partner with technical teams and the accounting function to define and implement SOPs, internal controls, and appropriate accounting treatments.
