Job Summary
Finance Business Partner for Logistics to drive financial performance across end-to-end logistics operations (inbound milk collection, warehousing, intermediate transport, outbound distribution) as part of the Sweden–Finland Supply Chain Finance team. Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance follow-up; sign off month-end close; contribute to transformation of performance-management infrastructure; act as trusted advisor to Logistic Operations, Supply Chain leadership and Commercial Finance. Requires experience in finance with a focus on logistics, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Power BI a plus; strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities; business fluency in English with Nordic languages a plus. 12-month fixed-term contract based in Finland (Sipoo). The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to senior leadership across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant field
- Experience as Finance Business Partner, preferably with a background in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Strong Excel skills and Office applications; SAP and Power BI a plus
- Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; business fluency in English; Nordic languages a plus
