Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner role based in Melbourne, focusing on Lead-to-Cash financial analysis, SaaS metrics, revenue renewal oversight, forecasting, and BI-powered insights. Responsibilities include leading board and management reporting, monitoring ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, contract-driven invoicing, revenue accuracy across systems, forecasting for sales, and developing proactive exception reports. Commercial operations duties cover process improvements around revenue in Salesforce, contract review, guidance to Sales & CS, identifying upsell opportunities from usage data (Pendo), and supporting high-level projects including M&A. Finance & Compliance tasks include payroll (multi-region) using Xero/Deel, month/quarter/year reconciliations, BAS, fixed assets, audits, controls, invoicing reviews, and ensuring timely renewals. Requires CA or CPA (or equivalent) qualification, advanced Salesforce and Xero proficiency, strong financial modeling and BI tool development experience, and ability to translate data for senior stakeholders.
