Finance Business Partner

Prepare monthly segmental profitability reports for general managers, liaising with non-financial stakeholders to answer ad-hoc queries on results. Develop a suite of reporting tools with the FP&A team to facilitate meaningful business insights and drive better outcomes through data-led conversations across sales and commercial functions. Act as the finance system lead, taking ownership of all loads into Onestream for segmental reporting, forecasts, and budgets. Own working capital and 13-week cash flow forecasts while autonomously responding to ad-hoc requests from regional and global finance teams. This role requires Big 4 experience, professional accounting qualifications, and expertise in enterprise financial systems like Onestream.
