Job Summary
Partner closely with Heavy Industrial and Light Industrial General Managers as a trusted advisor, co-owning business performance and driving alignment between strategy, execution, and financial outcomes. Lead and facilitate data-driven decision-making across capital investments, technology roadmaps, and long-range planning processes to deliver on annual operating commitments. Translate financial insights into actionable business decisions to guide priorities and enhance performance for sustained success. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 10+ years in Operations Finance within manufacturing, and proficiency in Oracle EPM and Power BI. Located onsite in Hanover, NH, with an annual base pay range of $107,495 to $179,160.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Finance within a large manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- additional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, Business Development, or Strategy is a plus
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with sharp strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, confident, and impactful messages across written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated track record of driving decisions through data-driven insights, sound analysis, and actionable recommendations
- CPA or CMA
- MBA or master's
- Skills with Oracle Planning tools such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Essbase
- Oracle ERP Matrix reporting environment
- Knowledge of the industrial equipment industry
- BI tools (Power BI)
