Job Summary
Analyze absence data and translate it into preventive strategies, while proactively advising on risks and opportunities using benchmarks. Evaluate commercial projects and monitor pricing to drive commercial power, ensuring accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a critical sparring partner to operational and commercial directors, connecting corporate strategy with profitable execution. This role requires a minimum of five to six years of relevant experience and an HBO or WO degree. The position offers a gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €7,590, a benefit budget of 12.347%, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
