Job Summary
Drive financial performance for assigned brands/channels through insight, challenge, and decision support. Support planning, target setting, and forecasting in partnership with Sales, ensuring transparent assumptions and regular cadence updates. Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects from regional and commercial stakeholders. Provide month-end support (spend analysis, journals, accurate bookings) and assist with audit and tax processes in collaboration with central finance teams. Help simplify and standardize financial processes, promoting self-service and better ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in Finance business partnering
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Good analytical skills (performance management, forecasting, ROI evaluation) and ability to communicate simply to non-finance stakeholders
