Job Summary
Finance Business Partner role in Elmshorn, Germany focused on planning and controlling activities: variance analyses (plan vs. target vs. actual), development of budgets and forecasts at project, business unit and company levels, project controlling and execution, monthly/annual financial statements, internal controls, inventory-related production controlling, and collaboration with management and sales on pricing and commercial topics. Requires degree in business/finance, at least 2 years in Controlling, strong Excel and SAP skills, analytical mindset, structured work style, and adaptability. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification (University or University of Applied Sciences)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Controlling
- Proven experience in Controlling as well as Accounting / Financial Accounting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, as well as SAP applications
- Structured and organized working style
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Committed, proactive, and innovative mindset
