Job Summary
As a Finance Business Partner for Sheetplant BNL, you will serve as a financial sparring partner for the Sheetplants in Almelo, Barneveld, and Harelbeke, translating numbers into insights and guiding operational management in decision-making. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and reporting, detailed product and customer profitability analysis, maintaining cost models, initiating improvements on EBIT(D)A, DSO, DPO, and DIO, supporting the development of business cases, setting and tracking KPIs together with the business, and enhancing processes and performance. Collaboration across departments and teamwork with financial teams regionally is essential, alongside maintaining internal controls and participating in projects including potential IT system implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Completed HBO degree in Finance, Business Economics or Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a controlling role, preferably in a production context
- Ability to translate plans into actionable steps
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Initiative and connection with the entire business
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel to various locations
