Job Summary
Prepare P&L and KPI results analysis, forecasts, and annual budgets for select geographies while managing global consolidation of financial results for presentations to senior leadership. Drive alignment on regional targets by assessing risks and opportunities to achieve EMEA financial goals. Partner with sales and marketing teams to analyze price, margin, and pipeline data, providing financial modeling and investment analysis for large systems projects. Conduct competitive intelligence to frame growth opportunities and build long-term projections supporting the business unit strategic plan. This role is located in Portsmouth, UK, as an on-site position with less than 10% domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Advanced degree or Chartered Accountant
- Highly analytical and strong business acumen
- Financial modeling skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with financial systems such as OneStream, SAP, Qlikview, PowerBI, Workday or similar systems
- Domestic and international travel maybe required (less than 10%)
