Job Summary
Deliver timely monthly finance requirements, monitor performance against KPI targets, and ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations. Lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts, define assumptions, and present outputs to operational teams. Own client finance controls and C&W SOX compliance, working with internal teams and auditors. Manage contract profitability, support annual operating plans, and drive ad-hoc projects to review systems and processes. Build strong rapport with internal stakeholders, deliver high-quality service, and proactively address issues to minimise escalations. This 12-month fixed term role sits within Cushman & Wakefield's IFM team, supporting the delivery, control, and profitability of key client contracts across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Advanced analytical capability and ability to present financial concepts to non-finance audiences
- Experience working autonomously within a specialised team
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of AASB16 lease accounting
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, CIMA, CFA, CA preferred)
- Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills
- Anaplan and JDE experience
- Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
- Ability to deliver extraordinary results and lead through change
- Strong customer service focus and collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail, planning, organisation, and time management
- Effective communication and business writing skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Systems and data management proficiency
