Job Summary
Finance Business Partner – Consumer Marketing (Manager) leads end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities for the Consumer Marketing portfolio. Owns annual operating plans, quarterly outlooks, and long-range plans; develops and maintains revenue, margin, and ROI models; prepares executive-level reviews with dashboards and KPIs; conducts variance analysis and communicates root causes to senior leadership; identifies and implements process and tool improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and scalability; collaborates across functions on cross-functional initiatives and supports time-sensitive decision-making with complex ad hoc analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience, with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity; FP&A experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management
- Proven ability to independently manage complex deliverables and multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience translating complex financial data into clear, concise insights for senior and executive-level audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority
- Track record of process improvement, control enhancement, and analytical rigor
- High attention to detail combined with the ability to operate at a strategic level
