Job Summary
Serve as the primary finance advisor to business line leadership, influencing decisions related to growth, investment prioritization, resource allocation, operating leverage, profitability, and financial planning. Analyze complex financial and operational data to generate insights, forecast future performance, and support strategic decision-making. Evaluate and support strategic investment opportunities and business cases, inclusive of building thoughtful financials models. Lead financial reporting, analysis, and planning; proactively create new frameworks where gaps exist. Partner with leadership to evaluate business performance drivers including asset growth, pricing, productivity, and operating leverage. Champion the use of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve decision support, forecasting, management reporting, and operational efficiency. Work five days a week in the Baltimore office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related course of study
- 12 – 15+ years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
- Financial Services background
- Wealth or Investment Management experience
- Advanced financial modeling skills and experience
- Ability to influence, earn trust, and partner effectively with various levels and areas of the organization, including executive management
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and lead cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work five days a week in our Baltimore office

Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CFA, or CPA designation
- Familiarity with Workday and Adaptive Planning
