Job Summary
Support site management and commercial teams as the primary finance contact, delivering key metrics, variance analysis, and monthly profitability presentations to senior stakeholders. Own the month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and end-of-year audit support while driving process improvements and identifying cost/revenue benefits. Prepare full-year budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and five-year plans with accompanying KPIs to guide strategic decision-making. Provide financial expertise on new initiatives and investments, potentially managing a finance analyst. Work five days a week on-site at Polymers sites.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience supporting and influencing operational colleagues
- Strong system skills including advanced Excel and some Power BI
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for strategic decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- Management Accounts experience in a manufacturing environment
