Job Summary
Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for APAC regional leadership, owning regional financial reporting, supporting business cases and pricing strategies, developing KPIs, and delivering insights to drive performance. Requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with post-qualification experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling. Hybrid work arrangement in Gurugram, India. The role emphasizes partnership with regional leaders, influence across commercial, operations, and functional teams, and collaboration with the APAC Financial Controller to align priorities and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong post qualification experience
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Commercially astute, with a track record of driving business performance and supporting growth initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics 365
