Finance Business Partner (14 month FTC)

Finance Business Partner (14 month FTC) - Contract role based in Burford with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office). You will lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, provide financial insight to support decision making, challenge and improve performance, and coach budget holders. You’ll build relationships with stakeholders across the charity, ensure compliance with financial policies, and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting. Essential qualifications include ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Desirable experience includes charity/not-for-profit context and knowledge of Access Dimensions. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences.
