Job Summary
Finance BizOps leader to own finance integration execution for new product initiatives and large strategic programs, serving as the central operating backbone to ensure acquisitions integrate, NPIs launch cleanly, and finance work is prioritized with discipline. Leads cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, GTM, Corp Dev, and Finance to define financial workflows, readiness for launches, governance, risk tradeoffs, and scalable processes. Drives end-to-end integration across global acquisitions, builds integrated roadmaps, stands up governance and escalation frameworks, and provides leadership readouts on status. Responsible for centralized operating model, program leadership, and capability building to enable disciplined execution of M&A, NPIs, and strategic projects, while building repeatable frameworks and ensuring alignment across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IT, and HR.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in BizOps, Finance Ops, Product Ops, or Consulting
- Direct experience in M&A integration, large-scale program management, or product launches
- Strong understanding of Finance functions (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury) and financial workflows (QTC, rev rec, billing)
- BS in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams
- Strong systems thinking—understanding how processes, systems, and people connect
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
