Finance & Business Manager

Job Summary
Conduct strategic field initiatives and support execution against business priorities by optimizing performance through monitoring, analysis, and synthesis of business information. Develop and maintain reporting routines for key performance indicators, analyze financial and operational drivers, and prepare executive updates on performance trends, opportunities, and risks. Manage Community & Business Development scorecard metrics focused on growth, controls, customer acquisition, and expense management while supporting budget, headcount, and workforce planning. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Risk, and HR to drive local market strategies and decision-making. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, six years of banking experience, and ability to travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 6 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of branch banking operations and retail banking financial systems
- Experience analyzing balance sheet, income statement, and related business performance drivers
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to groups and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence stakeholders across organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across functions
- Ability to travel as required
