Job Summary
Build and deliver executive-ready reporting and presentations, translating complex financial and operational data into clear narratives for senior leadership. Lead performance reporting and key metric development, including dashboards and visual representations, while owning forecasting, projections modeling, and variance analysis to guide decision-making. Synthesize inputs across stakeholders to develop cohesive storylines for strategy discussions, leadership updates, and town halls. Assess processes and organize information into structured frameworks to support business cases with analytical insights. Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment. Partner with senior leaders to improve transparency and support key initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience creating dashboard reporting or visual representations of key metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
