Job Summary

Lead and support strategic initiatives within Specialized Industries through active collaboration with Industry Managers, providing business insights via data-driven trend analysis and visualization to optimize performance. Communicate key financial and non-financial metrics to stakeholders, developing business cases and evaluating new opportunities aligned with senior leader priorities. Respond to executive requests by delivering high-quality program management, presentation development, and business analysis while collaborating with internal partners to streamline sales processes. Identify key business risks and forward resolution of mitigating controls, effectively managing upward relationships to ensure structured execution in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the Commercial Banking Specialized Industries segment, which delivers tailored solutions across 20+ complex industries including Healthcare and Multinational Corporations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • At least 7 years of experience in business management, management consulting, or chief of staff roles
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in software and digital tools such as MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), analytics automation platforms (e.g., Alteryx), and business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, with a focus on innovative thinking and promoting change to achieve strategic goals
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging advanced communication skills to inspire collaboration and forward initiatives that achieve strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate and clarify ambiguous requests, effectively managing upward relationships to ensure strategic alignment and structured execution
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desired Qualifications
