Job Summary
Senior Finance & Business Management Associate responsible for developing new business strategies, optimizing performance, and driving initiatives across Marketing, Tech, Ops, Legal, and Compliance. Provides advisory support to senior management, performs financial analysis including expenses, budgets for revenue growth, identifies risks and opportunities, and represents the business in internal/external groups. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, COO or business-management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and stakeholder relationships across functions with independence and discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Prior Business Management or COO experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with logical thought process
