Job Summary
Finance & Business Management leader (Vice President) based in New York, driving strategy, budgeting, and performance improvements for Securities Services Depositary Receipts and Trading Services Americas. Responsible for developing and communicating business strategy, leading initiatives, coordinating with Product Management, Sales, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, tracking KPIs, presenting monthly management updates, and delivering ad-hoc analytics to manage costs, pricing, risks, and growth opportunities. Requires 5+ years in financial services, strong finance/accounting background, excellent Excel/PowerPoint for executive presentations, strategic thinking, independent work style, and exceptional communication. US work authorization required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services including prior experience in Securities Services
- Strong track record in finance and accounting
- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and messaging
- Ability to partner/collaborate with business and functional stakeholders across the organization to drive execution and influence prioritization and delivery of objectives
- Ability to think/act strategically and comfortable working independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience establishing and meeting goals, tracking and driving enhancement opportunities, and presenting progress
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multi-task
