Job Summary
Oversee finance teams on forecasting and budgeting for PXT expenses while coordinating cross-functional inputs to drive timely closure of budget items. Develop subject matter expertise in planning and reporting processes to act as a go-to resource for triage, best practices, and tooling guidance. Lead transformation initiatives by defining problems, designing solutions, and aligning stakeholders to improve controls, automation, and data quality. Create detailed budget process documentation and guidance materials to ensure standards are followed across the community. Collaborate with partners to enhance processes and enable the PXT community through clear communications and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a focus on root-cause analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages and materials
- Demonstrated ability to drive change across multiple stakeholders (influence without authority), manage resistance, and deliver sustainable process improvements
- Highly organized with strong program/process management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Desired Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Pi, Essbase, SQL, Tableau and Alteryx in a professional setting is a plus
