Job Summary
VP of Finance and Business Management in the CTO Office leads strategic financial planning, budgeting, and governance for CTO initiatives, with a focus on Developer Tooling and DevAI. Partners with senior technology leaders to deliver financial insights, manage headcount and budgets, support transformation programs, and ensure effective communication of financial narratives to senior stakeholders. Emphasizes collaboration across F&BM, technology teams, and business partners, and requires strong data analytics, reporting, and presentation skills to drive enterprise-wide financial decisions. Remote-first within a Plano, TX presence for local considerations.
Required Qualifications
- College degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Very strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate business narratives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of data and analytics with the ability to present complex datasets clearly.
- Self-motivated and innovative thinker capable of deriving, formulating, and developing new concepts, processes, and value-added activities.
- Proven track record of independently and proactively driving initiatives forward.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve successful results in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise, and actionable.
