Job Summary
Partner with CCB Operations and Finance stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers while managing the monthly forecasting process, including assumptions, inputs, and variance analysis. Support annual budget and mid-year reforecast processes, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and prepare month-end results with clear explanations of variances versus plan. Develop management reporting and dashboards to track expenses, volumes, and unit costs, and create concise, executive-ready presentations for senior management. Maintain a calendar of deliverables to ensure accurate, on-time reporting and smooth stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including comfort working with large data sets
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with business and finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge assumptions using data
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting an operations organization or expense management activities
- Experience in retail financial services or banking
- Experience building or enhancing dashboards and automated reporting (e.g., visualization/workflow tools)
- Familiarity with enterprise financial planning and reporting systems
- Experience preparing materials for senior leadership and executive forums
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset (process simplification, automation, and standardization)
