Job Summary
Oversee the month-end and weekly close of reporting systems for revenue, assets, and flows by collaborating with Product CFOs, regional finance teams, and the MIS team. Coordinate changes to the GPB organization and custom hierarchies through monthly technology reviews, ensuring compliance with MIS requirements and communicating updates to stakeholders. Assist Flows, Revenue, and Metric Leads by gathering business requirements to design, test, and implement MIS and metric reporting changes. Serve as a point of reference for reporting capabilities, new projects, and MIS procedures, while preparing test scripts, tracking issues, and escalating problems during user acceptance testing for Planning Reporting & Analysis projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years financial analysis experience in the financial services industry
- Project management experience
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to identify, trouble shoot and investigate reporting anomalies
- Exhibits the ability to consistently execute responsibilities independently
- Identify priority items and manage multiple deliverables effectively
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Bachelors degree in Finance or related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Desire to learn the technical aspects of revenue, flows and balance reporting
- Experience with Thoughtspot and essbase
