Job Summary
Lead annual and ongoing planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting for expense and headcount. Support month-end performance reviews, analyze financial performance drivers, and develop business cases for new initiatives. Track key performance metrics, perform variance analysis versus forecast and budget, and create senior leadership presentations with clear recommendations. Improve data quality and reporting effectiveness while communicating results and outlook updates to the CFO and servicing leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, two years of financial services experience, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Authorized to work in the United States only.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative/technical discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services and/or accounting/controller roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working with large data sets (data gathering, analysis, and manipulation)
- Ability to produce ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior leaders
- Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
