Job Summary
Finance & Business Management Associate in the Bank's Business Banking Finance team. Responsibilities include providing responsive support to executive ad-hoc requests, project management, and business analysis; organizing complex information for executive presentations; creating wireframes and mock-ups for management reports and dashboards; communicating with business partners; coordinating team activities and preparing materials for town halls; identifying business risks and supporting mitigating controls; assisting with audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment framework; maintaining internal resources on SharePoint; collaborating with global managers to simplify and improve processes; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a Business Management or COO role; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, strong design and presentation skills; ability to work independently and manage time effectively; US work authorization with no sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
- 2 years of experience in a Business Management or COO role
- Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
- Attention to detail with design excellence
- Excellent written and oral communication, organization and project management skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Self-motivated, independent work
- Advanced time management and prioritization skills
- Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship provided
