Finance & Business Management Associate in Markets Technology at JP Morgan responsible for providing financial and strategic support to Technology costs and forecasting, tracking financial results, communicating risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities include monthly business reviews of financial results, risks, issues, and demand management; tracking project roll-off, reinvestment, unfunded demand, infrastructure and vendor costs; supporting workforce and location strategies; delivering standard financial reporting to Technology Finance management; collaborating with Business and Technology on delivery roadmaps; communicating technology accomplishments and risks to Global Business Heads; documenting financial risks, opportunities, allocations, and variances for Technology costs to Front Office businesses; contributing to global Business Controls Forums; analyzing capabilities to identify optimization opportunities; prioritizing needs based on insights, competitive positioning, and industry research. Required skills include experience in business management or strategy roles, ability to synthesize information for senior management, strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, teamwork in a fast-paced environment, quantitative/analytical problem-solving, integrity and interpersonal skills, ability to accept feedback, and proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Preferred qualifications include experience in Financial Services or Technology, familiarity with project tracking and financial reporting tools, exposure to business controls forums, and experience communicating with senior stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
