Finance Business Controller

Finance Business Controller who collaborates with the Marketing Director to lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial planning across the business unit. Provides strategic guidance on profitability, investments, pricing decisions, and promotions, while supporting regular reporting, business cases, and financial recommendations to inform decision-making. Conducts pre- and post-analysis of investments and promotional activities, supports development of financial processes and reporting standards, and ensures accurate financial data management, rebate handling, and cost control. Coordinates regular forecast and budget cycles and works with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Based in Abingdon with hybrid working options.
