Job Summary
Conduct monthly and year-end closings with business owners, manage budgeting and management reporting, and prepare dashboards using Power BI. Coordinate annual audits with external accountants, oversee tax and internal control frameworks, and value loans and equity portfolios. Improve and structure processes while acting as a strategic partner to budget holders and business teams. This role blends financial and business control with a significant audit, tax, and compliance focus, requiring strong analytical skills and comfort in an organization actively refining its structures. You will translate financial data into steering information for senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO Finance, Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie
- Circa 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen de accountancy of financial control
- Volledige beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, gesproken en geschreven
- Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Affiniteit met audit, interne beheersing, compliance en fiscale vraagstukken
- Iemand die graag verbanden legt tussen cijfers, processen en de business
- Comfortabel in een omgeving die nog volop in ontwikkeling is
- Energie krijgt van inhoudelijke vraagstukken
