Job Summary
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports while analyzing revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and KPIs across business units. Build financial models, forecasts, and executive dashboards to evaluate pricing, occupancy, and operational performance. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting and identify efficiency improvements. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to support budgeting, strategic planning, and special projects. Present data-driven recommendations to senior management on cost-saving and revenue growth opportunities. Deliver accurate executive reports within 90 days and become a trusted analytical resource for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Business Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Professional written and spoken English
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or technology companies
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
