Job Summary
Finance Business Analyst to support the IMEA region with FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, and optimization of financial results. Primary responsibilities include weekly validation of account and market mappings for IMEA, serving as first point of contact for the local sales team on financial queries, reviewing and optimizing P&L, providing BI-driven insights, generating reports, calculating sales commissions and annual compensation, performing variance analysis, supporting monthly forecasting, creating customer-level budgets, and coordinating cross-functional approvals in SAP. Also responsible for ad hoc operational support, including ticket management in Ivanti and Power BI, and contributing to project objectives with the commercial team.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting (FP&A, Accounting, Business Analyst, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Audit, Financial Consulting, etc.)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- International experience (study abroad or work)
- Individual accountability for results
- Model collaboration and commitment; ability to manage remote relationships
- Driver’s license to visit office and production facilities within the region
