Job Summary
Finance BI Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional Finance/Data/BI teams, backlog refinement and prioritization, tracking delivery metrics, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with data governance standards. Requires 4+ years in Scrum Master/Agile roles in Data/BI, experience with Snowflake/DBT/Azure Data Factory/Power BI, strong stakeholder communication, and willingness to travel. Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile delivery roles within Data or BI environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable backlog items and delivery plans
- Solid understanding of financial data, processes, and reporting requirements
- Experience with data and BI ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
