Job Summary
Finance Associate/Analyst role owning monthly consolidated forecasting, variance analysis, and cost reporting; manages end-to-end revenue cycle (invoicing, collections, AR tracking); prepares liquidity and cost reports; handles accounts payable and spend tracking; conducts department-wise spend analysis and supports budgeting vs actual variance analysis; coordinates regulatory/compliance reporting, audits, and centralized contract/document repository; requires CA or MBA Finance with 2–4 years FP&A experience; strong Excel, financial modelling, and BI tools; high ownership and cross-functional collaboration; fintech/payments exposure and IFRS knowledge are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA Finance; FP&A background essential
- 2–4 years of progressive finance experience in a finance operations or FP&A capacity
- Solid accounting knowledge including month-end close, GL reconciliations, accruals, and AP/AR principles
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial modelling and MIS preparation; experience with FP&A or planning tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills — able to distill complex data into clear insights and present findings concisely to senior stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams without close supervision
