Job Summary
Prepare monthly cash budgets, confirm payment requests against approved limits, and process all financial transactions in QuickBooks daily. Monitor Accounts Payable and Receivable schedules, follow up on settlements, and notify the Financial Controller for outstanding payments. Maintain detailed expense schedules, the Fixed Assets Register, and tax schedules while filing VAT returns and investment certificates monthly. Review payment requests for applicable taxes and post relevant journals. Must be based in Yaba, Lagos, with a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of finance experience. Available to start by April 8, 2024. Competitive salary, medical cover, and pension included.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience working in a Finance Function
- Must be based in Yaba, Lagos or surrounding areas
- Must be available to start no later than 8th April 2024 (or as soon as possible)
Desired Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable educational institution (in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business discipline is preferred)
- Experience in FinTech will be an added advantage
