Job Summary
Manage the firm's stock holdings, cash flows, forecasts, and financial records while preparing accurate cash flow statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements. Assist in designing budgets, analyzing resource allocation, and creating financial projections based on historical data and market trends. Handle pre- and post-funding compliance paperwork, conduct internal and stock audits, and ensure GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliances. Conduct product marginal costing and pricing analysis. Communicate financial information to non-financial teams and enforce reporting standards. Requires a graduate degree with a Masters in Finance or Commerce, two years of experience, and knowledge of Zoho Books.
Required Qualifications
- Completed a +2, graduate degree and Masters in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience preferably in a startup space
- Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliances along with their respective fillings
- Ability to conduct product marginal costing and pricing
- Ability to conduct internal audit and stock audit
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation and financial planning
- Understanding of taxation laws and regulations including GST compliances, MCA, or ROC Compliance for startups
- Ability to communicate financial information, facilitate discussion, and provide recommendations to non-financial team members
- Conducting and enforcing financial reporting standards
- Knowing with different valuation methods of a company
