Job Summary
Finance Associate role with international real estate investment focus; responsible for overseeing accounts payable across entities, vendor onboarding, cash movements, budgeting/forecasting, month-/quarter-/year-end close, and US GAAP reporting. Will prepare financial statements, support investor reporting (capital calls and distributions), and collaborate with finance, operations, and investment teams. Requires strong AP/payables experience, US GAAP knowledge, 5+ years in real estate/private equity/investment contexts, advanced Excel (Yardi or similar systems a plus), English fluency, and independent, detail-oriented work style.
Required Qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification
