Job Summary
Execute core accounting functions including billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, cost accounting, inventory tracking, and revenue recognition. Maintain accurate financial records by posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies while preparing, updating, and analyzing financial reports for internal and external inquiries. Assist in audits, tax filings, and financial reviews, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through data analysis. Document, evaluate, and improve accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance. Work 6pm-3am PKT in Islamabad as a detail-oriented professional contributing to strategic financial initiatives and providing actionable insights for business decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Master's degree or MBA
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Solid analytical and numerical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ability to adapt to continuous changing environment and last moment requests

Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or ACCA
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Gusto, or similar platforms
- Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance in a global business environment
- Understanding of cloud technologies and the impact of cloud financial models
- Experience working with people from other cultures and working with International clients
