Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Represent banks, institutional lenders, and borrowers in complex secured lending transactions by drafting, editing, and reviewing loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, and commitment papers. Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships on leveraged lending, syndicated lending, and sponsor finance deals while taking on increasing levels of responsibility with direct client interaction.
