Job Summary

Process routine bill payments, manage vendor billing inquiries, and oversee credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate receipt categorization. Execute daily data entry and administrative financial tracking using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, while performing timely monthly bank reconciliations to maintain data integrity. Support the tracking and documentation for government grants and generate monthly fiscal reports from internal departmental data. Adhere strictly to non-profit financial protocols, ethical guidelines, and client confidentiality standards. Requires 3-5 years of nonprofit administrative experience and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening is required as a condition of employment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of professional office or administrative experience working within a nonprofit organization
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the broader Microsoft Office Suite
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A proven ability to multitask under high-volume workloads
  • Must occasionally lift or move office supplies up to 15 pounds
