Job Summary
Manage multiple client accounts across your designated portfolio to meet weekly and monthly deadlines. Process day-to-day transactions, invoices, and reconciliations with accuracy while maintaining 3-5 finance inboxes and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Create prepayment and accruals schedules, manage invoice processing through Dext, and prepare payment runs. Compile VAT returns, prepare depreciation journals, and reconcile bank accounts to ensure data integrity. Raise sales invoices and enforce credit control to ensure timely payments. Work in a London-based startup environment, supporting the implementation of scalable finance systems and minimal manual processes.
Required Qualifications
- AAT Level 3 or have started your certificate levels in either ACCA or CIMA
- 1-3 years' experience working in a finance-related role
- Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks is ideal
- Proficient at Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience of working with a portfolio of clients is desirable
- You care about doing great work and adding real value to clients through accurate, thoughtful delivery

- You enjoy getting better every month and take feedback well
