Job Summary
Finance and Logistics Administrator role supporting inventory management, purchase orders for import and domestic warehouses, and distributor partnerships; manage invoice processing, payments, reconcile statements against internal reports, and support AP/AR processes; maintain and administer state alcohol license and brand renewals; provide additional admin support to sales and office teams. 1–2 years’ experience in finance, logistics, or administration with working knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles; strong Excel and MS Office skills; high attention to detail and accuracy with numbers; proactive, service-focused with strong interpersonal skills; on-site in San Francisco minimum three days per week. A relevant qualification is an advantage.
