Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I)

Job Summary
Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process from start to finish, presenting financial products like service contracts, paint protection, GAP, and credit insurance. Partner with sales management to move deals effectively, finalize transactions quickly while adhering to legal and ethical practices, and establish strong relations with customers and lending partners. Identify solution-based finance options for customers and prepare all required federal and state paperwork, working closely with the corporate finance team. Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting. Prior experience in the RV, Automotive, or Powersports industries is preferred, along with Dealertrack and AppOne exposure. Compensation is based on skills and experience within a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience within the RV, Automotive industry or Powersports industry is preferred
- Proven ability to overcome sales objections
- Dealertrack and AppOne experience is preferred
