Job Summary
The F&I Manager coordinates all finance and insurance activities for customers, including arranging financing with lenders, preparing documentation, and selling extended service contracts and protection products, while ensuring compliance with laws and dealership policies and contributing to profitability. Responsibilities include explaining financing and aftermarket products to customers, obtaining financing through lenders, preparing state and federal documents for vehicle purchases, maintaining relationships with lending institutions to secure favorable rates, collaborating with the Sales team on finance and lease programs, and upholding federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in a related field and at least two years of finance and insurance experience, along with a professional demeanor, strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliable organization, and aptitude for negotiation and customer service.
