Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software
- Attention to detail and financial integrity
