Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager

Job Summary
Meet with customers to discuss financing and insurance options, provide clear and accurate information to help informed decisions; work with financial institutions to secure the best financing terms (rates, loan terms, payment plans); present and explain insurance products (extended warranties, gap insurance, service contracts); prepare and process all required paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and dealership policies; achieve and exceed individual dealership sales targets for finance and insurance products; maintain organized records of all financial and insurance transactions; collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer experience and streamline the vehicle purchase process.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products, as well as relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and financial partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining financial integrity and customer satisfaction.
