Finance and Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct donor data entry, manage donor records, and process daily gift shop and Vet Center invoice payments. Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email, prepare acknowledgment letters, and distribute weekly major gift emails. Handle monetary donations, petty cash, and secure check deposits while maintaining inventory for team apparel and badges. Complete monthly employee benefit reconciliations and resolve returned mail issues. Assist with onsite donations during special events and maintain electronic team member files. This role supports the Finance and Human Resources team at Dogs Inc, a nonprofit pairing dogs with those in need, requiring a high school diploma, one year of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- one year of related experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity
