Finance and Controlling Manager - Single Family Office (Zug / Zurich)

Job Summary
Oversee accounting across multiple entities, prepare consolidated financial reports, and manage intercompany transactions while coordinating with external auditors and service providers. Monitor shareholder loans, support budgeting and cost monitoring, and maintain structured overviews of investments, loans, and corporate entities. Prepare regular reporting on investments and assets, manage liquidity planning, and review payments across bank accounts. Liaise with tax advisors, legal counsel, and banks to prepare documentation for tax and compliance matters. This full-time, in-person role offers direct insight into a leading entrepreneurial Single Family Office with broad, varied responsibilities and real ownership in a lean structure.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: accounting, controlling, audit / transaction services, trust or fiduciary services, family office or asset management, investment management or liquidity management
- Exposure to investment structures, financial instruments or liquidity management
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Discretion, reliability and the ability to work independently
